Once notified that your package is in Jamaica and has cleared customs. You will be notified about picking up or requesting delivery for said package.

We specialize in air and ocean freight services by handling your packages with utmost care and caution. As we thrive for excellence, we believe that articulate communication is key towards having a successful business relationship with clients, as such, we provide real time tracking and detailed feedback so you can monitor every step of the process on verifying the status of your packages, from their entry to our USA based warehouse upon being available for pick up at our location in Jamaica.
We offer air and ocean freight shipment as well as consolidation services i.e. packing D or E containers and barrels. You will be able to utilize our free US mailing address for a seamless shop N ship experience from the USA to Jamaica.
Shipments are done 3 times weekly. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Once your package have been delivered, it will be sent on the next shipment to Jamica within 24- 48 hours.
After 5 days of being notified that your package is available for pick up, storage fees will become applicable to your package/s that are not collected.
Of course! Although we are based in Hanover, we do island-wide deliveries by utilizing Knutsford Express delivery services. Once your package becomes available it can be sent out the following day with your receipt number for Knutsford pick-up.
We must declare to Jamaica Customs the correct contents and value of the items entering the country through our services. If an invoice is not uploaded, this will result in your package being delayed and may lead to further inspection to declare the value and contents to comply with the rules and regulations of the JCA.
We currently accept cash on delivery, in office payment (CASH) and SAME bank transfers, namely; Scotiabank, NCB or JN.
All items entering the country must be checked, accounted for and inspected by The Jamaica Customs Agency to ensure no prohibited items are being brought in without proper permits. If you received a package where the original seal seems to be broken, it means your package was opened and inspected by custom agents to declare the contents inside. However, please bear in mind that the contents will not be removed nor replaced under any circumstances. All packages get resealed with tapes for protection and care.
